One thing that I usually recommend is to figure out a strategy that works for you for your website so that you can systematically kind of work with search console one suggesting we have is to use one account to combine all of the variations of your site and to delegate access from there and for that account if that’s the main account that you’re using make sure you’re using two or more unrelated verification methods so that if one of them fails the other one will definitely still be there so common possibility could be to use dns and file-based verification so that if dns fails and obviously your website won’t be available but the firebase verification if your server kind of lose that file if you drop out if the server is returning errors for some reason then of course the other one will be able to back you up and when you’re using multiple people multiple people are using the same site in search console i’d recommend using company domain accounts so that you can easily recognize who have these people are that have access to your site so don’t like take random gmail accounts and just add those but rather use use them from your domain and as much as possible use read-only access unless you really need read-write access sometimes we see this happened that people accidentally change something in search console and until somebody notices it can take a bit of time so ideally just use a read on the axis.
