If you have multiple language versions of a business of a site, do you need to implement different structured data.

For example, the name differs from Romanian to English? Or it’s just maybe spelled differently. Or for example, for a hotel, it’s name hotel, but in Romanian, it’s hotel name. So does that need to change in maybe the description of the business, things like that?

Yeah. If these are local versions of your pages or translated versions of the page, then I would mark them up appropriately. So if that’s the Romanian name, then I would markup that name on the Romanian page using structured data as well.
