My home page is a most visited page on my website,and it’s not indexed on the first page.It’s like other pages. Is it logical or not?

That can be the case. It’s not always the case that the home page is the most popular and searched page as well. So that’s not something I would say is a problem. It really depends on the website and how you think people are going. So for example, for real estate, if people are searching for specific types of houses directly and going to that category page or that house listing directly, then that’s probably fine. They don’t need to see your home page.
