One of my clients asks me to don’t get indexed the website interpage URLs and in the Google that code that in search results,and that all URLs should get indexed on Google.com

You can’t control this. So essentially the Google version that we use to serve the content is based mostly on the location of the user, and we’ll use that for geotargeting. But you can’t limit the serving of your URLs within web search to specific countries. So you can’t say, I want my content only shown to users within the US, or only shown to people worldwide except for Switzerland, because they’re all jerks. That’s not something you can do in web search. So either it’s indexed or it’s not indexed. That’s kind of the level that you can do, or you can use geotargeting hreflang to say, I prefer to have this URL shown for users in that country. But you can’t say, I don’t want it shown at all.
