Just normal text and the CSS transfers into a drop-down, that is equivalent to actually having the link.

Yeah, yeah. And to some extent, we can figure out JavaScript if you’re doing this drop-down with JavaScript. If it’s clear which URLs are involved,  if the JavaScript code lists those individual URLs and we can see that directly, then that’s a lot easier.  But if the JavaScript code actually has, like, IDs and on your server, you set up an ID and it returns a URL, then that’s not something that we’d be able to do.
